Note: All of my more recent work has been done with the Windows 95 version; therefore, not all enhancements have been put into the Windows 3.1 version.

IMPORTANT: Since the program is written in Visual Basic 6 there are certain files
	which must reside in windows\system.  I do not know all of them, but the
	following is required:
	comdlg32.dll

If you need the Visual Basic 6 run-time files, I have been told that they can be
retrieved from the Microsoft web site somewhere.  I have not done it myself.
