Readme.txt for LPDAPT1.ZIP

LPDAPT1.ZIP contains files pertaining to "Notes on Standard Design HF LPDAs Pt 1: 'Short' 
Boom Designs" by L. B. Cebik, W4RNL (QEX, May/June 2000, pp 23-38). The antenna description 
files (.ez) are for the EZNEC4 antenna modeling program by Roy Lewallen, W7EL. Roy's 
earlier programs cannot handle the large number of segments needed to model these antennas. 
The files have no value unless you use that program or another that can read its files. (I 
don't know if one exists.) The files are supplied so that readers who want to duplicate or 
extend the author's work may do so. EZNEC is the modeling program we at HQ use. 

AntDes.txt is a text version of the Antenna Model Descriptions published at the end of the 
article.
