Readme.txt for Pi-Atten.zip

Pi-Atten.zip contains files pertaining to "A Poor Man's QRP," by Bruce Fleming, KI7VR (QST, Feb 2004, pp 74-74). 

The .xls file is an Excel spreadsheet to calculate component values and attenuation for pi-network resistive attenuators. At the time this was posted, the author's e-mail was h&k@arrl.org.
